Natural Bridge Caverns Opens World's Largest Explorer Challenge Course and Zip Lines
Nationwide Online Poll Allows Parents to Nominate Favorite Family Resources through July 15
WHAT:Natural Bridge Caverns unveils its newest family fun attraction, the Canopy Challenge Adventure Course and Zip Lines featuring four levels of challenging obstacle courses and high-flying fun soaring through the trees of the Texas Hill Country. Natural Bridge Caverns is offering a special media preview to enable members of the press to experience the rope challenge course and zip lines for themselves.
WHEN:Thursday, July 26 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. with advance notice from participating media.
WHERE:Natural Bridge Caverns, 30 minutes north of downtown San Antonio, eight miles west of IH -34 at exit 175, Natural Bridge Caverns Road.
VISUALS:Media will have the chance to test their balance and agility on the Adventure Course crossing elements such as the Burma Buckets and the Criss-Cross Tight Ropes and to fly through the air on a zip line 60 feet high. (We?ll also have a few guests testing out the attraction providing great visuals for media that wish to observe and capture the action) **A large crane or "cherry-picker" type machine will be available for media that want to get an up-close aerial view of the zip line and adventure course in action.
