No alcoholic beverage are allowed to be brought into Natural Bridge Caverns. Natural Bridge Caverns is a family entertainment park. Alcoholic beverages purchased at the park may not leave the premises. No one under the age of 21 is permitted to consume alcoholic beverage, and proper ID is required to purchase. Excessive consumption of alcohol is cause for ejection from the property.

Outdoor attractions availability is subject to weather. These may close due to severe weather including, lightning, heavy rain, high winds, or ice.

All guests are expected to behave in a family friendly manner. Unruly behavior, profanity or abusive language, symbols, or gestures is cause for ejection from the property.

By entering the park, guests grant Natural Bridge Caverns the right to film, video, photograph, and record them on park property for any reason without consideration or payment. Natural Bridge Caverns requests all video or photographs taken by our guests be used for their enjoyment and personal use only. No commercial photography is permitted without express permission from Natural Bridge Caverns. Natural Bridge Caverns reserves the right to refuse to allow photography of any kind as necessary.

To ensure all guests visiting Natural Bridge Caverns (the “Park”) can enjoy their visit, and in keeping with our family-friendly environment, as well as for health and safety reasons, the park maintains and enforces a dress code. Guests should dress casually and comfortably as is appropriate for the local weather. Park guests must wear proper attire, such as shirts, shorts/pants, and appropriate footwear, at all times. Attire that is not appropriate for the park, and which may result in refusal of admission or removal from the Park, includes but is not limited to:

-Clothing and tattoos with vulgar, offensive, or discriminatory symbols or language. This includes, without limitation, clothing and tattoos that display profanity, graphic violence, pornography, nudity, or that which is associated with gangs or drugs, and clothing that does not sufficiently cover undergarments.
-Clothing and tattoos which may incite a disturbance or are hateful or discriminatory to others or may be perceived as such.
-Clothing which, by design, exposes excessive portions of skin or that may be viewed as inappropriate for a family-friendly environment.

Natural Bridge Caverns reserves the right to deny admission to or remove anyone whose attire does not comply with the Guest Dress Code or could detract from the experience of other guests, if the guest refuses all reasonable options. Guests requiring special accommodations should speak to a member of the management team upon arrival at Natural Bridge Caverns.

Natural Bridge Caverns allows smoking in any open outdoor area. Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited inside of the caverns or buildings.

All unmanned aerial vehicles, or drones, operation is strictly prohibited on the Natural Bridge Caverns property including parking lots. Express consent is required to operate.
